Public Comment Period:
This is the time for members of the public to present issues of concern or interest to the Board. All issues requiring further research will be forwarded to the appropriate staff for response at a later time. Each speaker will be limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes, and the format shall be limited to presentation only. The Board will not engage with any speaker during this Public Comment period. Personal attacks and disagreements, personnel and employment matters, the use of profanity or ethnic, racial or gender-oriented slurs are prohibited, as is any "disorderly conduct" which violates State or Local law and shall not be permitted. If an individual disregards these rules, they will be asked to leave the Commissioner's Meeting Room.

Consideration and possible adoption of Resolution Number ____-2025 amending Resolution 6-2025 to fill all other boards and positions that Commissioner Rick Dunlap had been appointed to per Resolution No. 06-2025.

Consideration and possible adoption of Resolution Number _______-2025 dissolving the Montrose County Board of Adjustment and assigning its duties to the Board of County Commissioners.

Consideration and possible authorization of the Chair's signature on a community partnership agreement with the Town of Nucla; as reviewed by Counsel. This agreement stipulates conditions related to County funding being provided to the organization in 2025. This action represents a budgeted expense in the amount of $50,000.

Consideration and possible authorization of the Chair’s signature on an Intergovernmental Agreement between San Miguel County and Montrose County regarding San Miguel Basin Extension, as reviewed by Counsel.

Consideration and possible authorization of the Chair's signature on the fourth amendment to the Montrose County North Campus - Design, Architectural & Engineering Services Project, contract #2022-190, in an amount not to exceed $589,750.00 to Wold Architects and Engineers, as reviewed by Counsel. This contract amendment represents a change in the original scope of work, expanding services to include architect and engineering services through the construction phase, a one year warranty period walk-through, and a time extension to September 30, 2026.
Human Services, Jennifer Sherwood, Human Services Director
Consideration and possible action on the annual Core Services Purchase of Services Agreement with Brain Balance Achievement Centers for Mental Health Services, effective June 1, 2024 through May 31, 2025, as reviewed by Counsel; this represents a budgeted reimbursed expense, not covered by Medicaid, in the amount of $4,400.00 per twelve week program, not to exceed available funding of approximately $500,000.00 per fiscal year.

Consideration and possible approval of the Chair's signature on a letter to the Colorado Joint Budget Committee opposing their recommendation of subscriber service fees for the Colorado Statewide Public Safety Communications System (800MHz Radio System).
